Rejuvenary Site License for Extended Care facilities and Hospitals Sample Wording. Exact license details included with each quote and invoice.

The use of the youtube scripts that are read aloud is meant for 1 facility location and that is built into the subscription pricing model. Under no circumstances is a multi site facility to have one subscription that is shared with other locations by forwarding the email. Buy a subscription for each site or call us for a multi-site volume discount quote.

  1. We allow unlimited usage within a facility as long as a valid subscription is in force. If a subscription is cancelled then you would lose access to the newly written scripts because you would be off the email distribution list. You can continue to use the last email you got to read scripts to residents for as long as the access codes remain valid. We reserve the right to renumber and upload videos to limit access over time from non-subscribers.

  2. The site license allows forwarding the email access newsletter to volunteers or relatives to read to residents. The volunteers as a side benefit may use those scripts for their own personal relaxation. If the volunteer would like to use the scripts in a classroom teaching setting (read to a class) then we would encourage them to get an individual academic license to keep access if they stop volunteering for your facility.

  3. We have currently 4 levels of pricing/license. 1.Large facility site  2. Church care team  3. Academic Individual (which also includes church classrooms and is priced to the individual person)  4. Youtube free video channel which has voiceovers of a subset of the script suitable for listening (on the subway, bus, bedtime, etc) but they do not contain the written scripts for reading aloud. Also the free channel has the standard youtube ads.

  4. Each video has a bundle of rights (copyright on the script, copyright on the original music, copyright on the photos, copyright on the video, various tradenames, etc-not a complete list). So for instance, the music couldn’t be separated from the video and used as part of an advertising campaign without separate permission.
